The Ritual

Select an oil according to your needs and massage it over your body prior to stepping into a warm bath or shower. Cup your hands to your face and inhale deeply 3 times. (30% essential oil, 70% nourishing Coconut base oil)

  1. Bath – one capful (3ml) | 泡浴 1盖3ml
  2. Shower – apply require amount around your body, dry skin, inhale, wait a minute or two, then wash it off | 淋浴
  3. Motion Sickness – Massage onto your torso, cup your hands, bring them to your face and inhale deeply 3 times | 晕车–脉搏处滴几滴
